I promptly contacted the staff and spoke with a young lady who kindly informed me that I could return to have the dish remade at no additional cost. Upon my return today, the manager/owner initially expressed some hesitation in honoring the previous arrangement. However, he ultimately made the commendable decision to rectify the situation and provided me with a complimentary meal. I am pleased to report that the second time around, the food was delectable, and the manager demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout the interaction. ”
